PHILLY KNOWS MUSIC

Philly Knows Music is an homage to the rich musical DNA of Philadelphia.

Through visual mapping and storytelling, we centered the very spots where Philly music and artists were made famous. By acknowledging that when it comes to music, Philadelphians have nothing to prove and everything to celebrate—this campaign positioned joining Spotify Premium as a no brainer.

We partnered with illustrator Mike Perry to highlight prominent Philly Music Moments with bespoke maps highlighting key Philly neighborhoods.

And flooded the city of murals with OOH real Philadelphians can appreciate.

Then recognized “music landmarks” by highlighting exact locations that have shaped culture.

And finally, wrapping up the musical tribute with an animated tour of Philly.
